“YourRepair webpage has all the information required to purchase breakdown cover. Happy with cost. My only criticism is the annual service is not carried out until the last month of the cover. My boiler is 3 years old and has been served every year so this means my boiler will not be serviced this year. That makes me uncomfortable and I may need to find a engineer to carry out a service. When purchasing cover there was no mention of when the service would take place and I assumed it would be this summer period. My confirmation email said my service is May.”
“This is not a repair. I just applied for Your Repair Boiler and Home Cover and have received an email saying it’s a Landlord policy instead of the Homeowner Policy I requested.
I printed the Homeowner policy details which is Reference number HO918 starting on 11 June 2022 at a cost of £28 per month
However I have now received an email with Landlord Ref No. L60918 stating £32 per month. Can your rectify this please. I am a Homeowner not a Landlord.”

“Engineer in and out of property too quickly to carry out a proper service of boiler. Have cancelled service and now being told I have a contract which I never received or signed. Would not recommend this company.”
“Only spoke to someone to change from Corgi. I had to pay a cancellation fee which irritated me and I would have waited to change if I hadn’t already given my details for payment to your company. You should warn prospective customers they will probably have to pay a fee rather than telling them they are entitled to cancel their current contract.”
