In need to make two enquiries, and is very difficult to get in touch with you. I want to find why it is taking until April 2023 before I can get you to service my boiler and why I cannot find where to enter my boiler details. For the record my boiler is a VITODENS 100-W WBIB. Person on the phone was really professional and didn't try to sell us item's we did not want. He found us the right deal very quick so top marks to the gentleman who was on the other end of the line.

YourRepair webpage has all the information required to purchase breakdown cover. Happy with cost. My only criticism is the annual service is not carried out until the last month of the cover. My boiler is 3 years old and has been served every year so this means my boiler will not be serviced this year. That makes me uncomfortable and I may need to find a engineer to carry out a service. When purchasing cover there was no mention of when the service would take place and I assumed it would be this summer period. My confirmation email said my service is May.
