“Telephone call all OK, with your operative being efficient and informative. I would have preferred for the annual policy not to default to continuing, but was told that it is not possible to default to stopping after 12 months. I like the call back option.”

“Fed up with British Gas offering a less than good service yet increasing the monthly premium despite just one call out in over ten years, made me research a new contract. The sign up to Your Repair was easy as pie amd a very competitive price, now I'll have to wait and see if the promises and the reviews live up to expectations. Watch this space !”
