Took me ages to get through on the phone. Still not received my contract of everything included in package. In case I need any help. Asked for it in the post. Not even any email contract. Just hoping I have done the right thing changing to you. Please send me a copy of everything included in contract. First payment gone out though!!!

Telephone call all OK, with your operative being efficient and informative. I would have preferred for the annual policy not to default to continuing, but was told that it is not possible to default to stopping after 12 months. I like the call back option.

Fed up with British Gas offering a less than good service yet increasing the monthly premium despite just one call out in over ten years, made me research a new contract. The sign up to Your Repair was easy as pie amd a very competitive price, now I'll have to wait and see if the promises and the reviews live up to expectations. Watch this space !

It’s a little disappointing that as a new customer, we won’t receive a boiler service until close to the end of our 1 year contract. I can only offer the acceptable star as we are yet to use your services. Signing up was quick and easy so that is a bonus.
