Excellent Customer Service and easy sign up with a competitivrly cheap quote fir a comprehensive, service package. I spoke to Sarah on the phone, and she was so friendly and helpful. I have insured with, Your Repair, today, and I am happy with the package that you have provided for me. I look forward to having my service in September. I like the fact that you are a small family business that offers the Customer that friendly care, support, and personal touch. Thank you. I also like the fact that you have a 5 star rating, because this is important when selecting a boiler service, and central heating cover. Its goid to know that you are reliable and over a premium service.

I have just taken out a Boiler and Heating Plan 2 with YourRepair so cannot give a review of the servicing of my boiler. I contacted them by telephone and had excellent service from the person who explained everything to me that I needed to know.

I spoke to a lovely lady named Sarah, who set up my account. Sarah was very efficient and the account was set up in no time at all. It was a pleasure to liaise with someone who has all her ducks in a row.

YOUR DROP DOWN MENU DID NOT CATER FOR THE FACT THAT MY BOILER IS NEW - ONLY 9 DAYS OLD BUT YOU PHONED ME AND EXPLAINED YOUR PROCEDURES. VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR SERVICE. THANK YOU.

I am asking for annual boiler service for my Worcester Bosch boiler and not asking for repairs, I have signed up for boiler service plus maintenance of electrics etc. with British Gas I have not asked for a repair at this time.
