I thank you for the response I had from Olive a member of your team as a new customer and I am waiting for hopefully a call for a boiler service from an engineer in my area ASAP but as it has only just been set up for direct debit Yesterday I wll have to ring back if I am still waiting in about ten days hence. I have just joined them and they said they are very reliable and prompt on their call outs so hope they do what they have said??

Found YourRepair via Moneysupermarket and I have to say they have been great so far. I had a problem setting up my account but their sharp eyed customer services assistant saw I had entered my email address incorrectly. Now that is sorted everything is running as expected. Nice to speak to people who 'can do'.

The gentleman I spoke to was very polite, no pushing a sale, very helpful and helped me find the boiler and heating cover plan to suit my needs within a few minutes.

After registering, I had a phone call asking if I was satisfied. I said I was disappointed I wouldn’t have a boiler service until next summer. My last service was November 21. The caller immediately asked his manager if he could authorise a service now. The engineer is coming tomorrow. That’s what I call a brilliant company. Polar opposite to my last company.

Only took out the policy today with Oliver but the service was very helpful and professional. Took the time to listen to my concerns and what cover l would need. Thank you your repair.
