1. Chatted online with Oliver re advice and I have to say, absolutely brilliant, fair and informative re competition - nice to talk to someone committed to providing the best service and also knowledgeable - quite a differentiator.
2. I was looking for a replacement for British Gas, and after trawling through a dozen t&cs supplemented by Oliver's knowledge, there are only YourRepair, HomeTree (much more expensive, though still cheaper than BG) and Corgi (limits on repair costs) who are comparable. I eliminated another 9.
3. Sign-up process very straightforward and easy.”
