“I signed up today and on first impressions I was pleasantly surprised I tried to complete on line but had a problem so I had to call, my call was answered quickly and I spoke with Oliver who helped me through everything so it was dealt with very quickly and he went through everything with me . “Signed up today for home care as was cheaper than renewing with my current supplier and the customer service seems much better. Can only comment so far on how quickly my calls were answered and how helpful and polite they were. I had to call twice just to clarify some things about the service provided.
