You Repair is a good price, i has a small issue booking in a service but the customer service was fast and effective. sorted the issue and even told me how it came about.

Easy call. Sam was very helpful with processing my order. Now have full landlord cover and at significantly cheaper price than both british gas or homeserve. Have yet to use emergency claims service.

I changed to Yourrepair as it is very reasonable price. I contacted the customer care to arrange a boiler service. She was very polite and friendly arranged the service very quickly and I am very pleased with the customer care.

So far, so good. My policy renewal figure with another leading company had increased by £115! Phoning them up they then started lowering the price.I liked the idea of a fixed rate over a 3 year period. I hope the practical side of the service matches my excellent experience so far.

Thank You for dealing with my request for leaking pipe on tap they came to repair but found they could not get it from the tap was advice from the engineer that they had to replace tap but it was not covered as that was in good order so i contacted you repair they heard what i had to say and they were great and three days later the job was done new pipes and tap to me it's great when people help immediately the service was first class in fact they are better then homeserve which i had in the past and all so british gas i am disable and this company i will stick with for the rest of my time on this planet thanks, Tara."

So far everything has gone smoothly and quickly the fault is intermittent so it needs evidence for the engineer when it happens again we will record it and send it to him.

Phone up their customer helpline to ask to cancel my policy from renewal date has i had found a cheaper deal and Adam the telephonist was most helpful and manage to get me a good price on my existing policy
