Wanted to arrange a boiler service which is contractual but wouldn’t carry out as this needs to be conducted between march and September. Been with you for several years and we’re not aware of this

Marion, I think that was what her name was, she was very professional and courteous on the call. I changed my plan and start date during the call even though we had passed that stage in the conversation. She went back on her system to accommodate my afterthought request to suit what I needed. She was polite and seems knowledgeable on smoothly setting up my policy. Appears to have a likeable personality and accommodating.

Very good value for money. Can't comment on their response to a breakdown as haven't need them yet. When buying the site, didn't explain that boiler service will be done after 12 months from the start of the cover. Also, when I got to the payment summary, the excess selected was shown but the monthly payment wasn't shown. Went a head and confirmation email confirmed all the details.

Quick and easy to set up with competitive pricing. Only downside is the free annual service is set for month 11 of my cover, so I need to additionally get a service done in the next couple of months.

The sign up on line was very easy and very easy to understand. I rang in for a query and the advisor was very helpful and explained very carefully what I needed to know.

Good value - but I didn't realise that the boiler service would come towards the end of the contract! Haven't yet needed to make a claim, so not sure how good the service is.
