She was polite and seems knowledgeable on smoothly setting up my policy. Appears to have a likeable personality and accommodating.”

When buying the site, didn't explain that boiler service will be done after 12 months from the start of the cover. Also, when I got to the payment summary, the excess selected was shown but the monthly payment wasn't shown. Went a head and confirmation email confirmed all the details.”
