May I suggest the sales department is more proactive and calls when good customers ask for a facility. After years of loyal custom over three accounts, I’m disappointed. I’ve been required to take out a new contract at a higher price.”

When buying the site, didn't explain that boiler service will be done after 12 months from the start of the cover. Also, when I got to the payment summary, the excess selected was shown but the monthly payment wasn't shown. Went a head and confirmation email confirmed all the details.”
