Just had boiler service by engineer, Mr Stephen Smith. I would like to say it is the best and most thorough service my boiler has had in all the years I have had it. Mr Smith was on time, was very courteous and efficient and explained what he was doing. I would highly recommend this service. Thank you.

Free boiler service carried out today, engineer was very good text me to let me know what time he would be arriving so I wasn't waiting around, he was very efficient and very informative also seemed to have good customer care skills, would highly recommend..

I had a boiler service man come in. He did something that has stopped my towel radiators stopped working since that day. Called you repair and they said I’m not covered for radiators. I had not issues before the service. You repair instead of fixing things created a fault and said I’m not covered on fault. Absolutely ridiculous! Please avoid at all costs

To date, we have only needed a service. The engineer arrived promptly, and put our relatively old boiler through its paces. It passed all the checks, and he noted that it was clean and performed correctly. The real test will be if we are unfortunate enough to have a breakdown.

Well, I haven't used it yet, but it looks good; cover for my 20 year old boiler (which has been very reliable, no faults, well maintained) that others will not cover, but try to sell me a new boiler! And all at a very good price. But the real test comes when I need to call on the company's help! - if indeed I do.

Glen did a great job on servicing my boiler very friendly. had a problem with boiler going off for no reason. Manjit came and investigated the problem, now its working fine. Well done YOUR REPAIR

I had a water leak, called Your Repair and somebody came out within 3 hours, they couldn't repair the leak as they couldn't access it my son in law was able to remove boards so they could access it and they came back as soon as we called. Great service.

I am a new customer to yourrepair, when checking out your boiler maintenance contract I found that if I had any queries I could find the answer with just a couple of clicks of my mouse very easy website to use. Was very easy to arrange cover for my house.
