The engineer who carried out the service kept everything clean and tidy he was friendly and efficient. The service that he carried out was a lot more than any other service that's has been done on my chs for years very happy with this years service my first with yourrepair.

Good value for money. Very professional engineer, tidy and quick. He spent some time ensuring all issues were dealt with to our satisfaction. Would definitely use again.

Half the price of British Gas very happy with the service Gas Safety Certificate completed very smoothly had follow up call after to check everything was ok would highly recommend

I had a Landlord policy with them. I expected they came to do a service and then tested and gave me a landlord certificate. But it was unbelievable, they came and did the test first and told us it failed because it had not been service! If they did the service first, it would have passed!. I had to get another company to do the service. YourRepair would not come to do the LandLord Certificate because the terms and conditions says they have to do both at same time! So I had to pay the LandLord Certificate too! After one year, the contract expired; I cancelled my direct debit. YourRepair auto-renewed my contract without my consent. They then send the debt collector to collect so-call what I owed them. I ask YourRepair to cancel the policy after I paid the debt collector, YourRepair said I cannot! I have been with many companies before, YourRepair is the worst.

Answered my queries fully in a professional manner. Appears to be the service I am looking for. Hopefully YourRepair will be exceptional if I ever need to call them should I have any problems in the future.

Moved from a more expensive well known national company two years ago and wondered if I was doing the right thing as the price was so much cheaper. Shouldn't have been concerned. Timely annual service completed, kept informed from reminder till service completed by polite,helpful engineer. Company very easy to do business with

my very elderly but perfectly good boiler was serviced by a competent young fitter and he didn't give me the usual guff that british gas always say. that is that its too old for us to work with ( let us sell you a new one). good sevice and communications
