Very easy to sign up. Cover starts immediately. Let’s hope they are efficient in the event of a breakdown.

Great service had quick response to my claim, engineer was in touch in less than 24hrs had to wait for part then he arranged time to fit. Engineer was very good clean worker repaired boiler more than happy to recommend yourrepair to family and friends.

The sign up process is very straightforward. Follow up call to check if I had any questions and to encourage me to leave this review was a nice touch given the charity donation made for each review. No comment to make about the call out service yet as not used.

Have only just signed up with Your Repair,but it was very easy to do so ,I have also had a very pleasant lady ring to see if everything was OK ,and ask if I needed any help.

No need for an engineer as yet but signup was smooth and easy via website, customer services followed up with friendly call to confirm all good, very helpful polite and professional.

I've just changed over to YourRepair from British Gas, and it's like a breath of fresh air. The website was very easy to navigate, and the sign up process was very quick and straight forward. Within a couple of days I was contacted by an agent just to see if I had any questions or concerns. In all of my years with British Gas, I have never been contacted by their agents to see if I have any concerns. I just wish that I had switched years ago.

Everything from the courtesy call to arrange the annual boiler service at a convenient time for me, to the efficiency of the lads who carried this out, this was a high standard professional service. I'd highly recommend YourRepair to anyone
