Yourrepair sent Becky from Ideal to fix my boiler within 24 hours and she has completed an excellent job. Becky is clean and very professional. It is lovely to meet a lady engineer as well.

Happy with call centre service, engineer called within 15 minutes of me speaking to the office, and was with us within the hour. Not bad at all :)

I have just joined so will be unfair to review customer service. But the monthly cost compared to my previous company is £5 cheaper. Until i have to call an engineer will be the deciding factor.

Time will tell, but they’re half the price of Certi for the same service and offer fixed price, three year deals. Very, very easy to sign up to.

Excellent Cover and great value for money. Just had a valve replaced on a radiator. Claim was quick and easy and work completed within a few days. Very Happy.

Really pleased with YOURREPAIR. fault with boiler, no hot water or heating. Engineer called late Friday afternoon, had stood root around checking as he went and despite this he couldn't fix it as parts needed. Unfortunately because of the weekend nothing could be done. This is fully accepted by me. Monday morning the engineers company rang to say parts received and engineer would call after 4pm, which he did. Parts speedily fitted and electrode cleaned too. All fixed. I am totally happy from start to Finnish. Your repair was very much better than previous companies I've been with. No problem in reccomending to all.

Sign up process very easy and much better price than my previous boiler insurers. Received a follow up call in case I had any questions very good experience so far. No experience of callouts at present as I am a new customer.

They remind us when our boiler service is due and pass our details on to a nice local boiler company to then arrange a service. All carried out, no problem. And then on renewal they were helpful and lowered their renewal price for me, which saved us £36/year. Great service so far over!
