“i had a visit from Mr D Hawley who came to do my boiler service,he was very helpful and even noticed that my gas main handle was jammed and waited while i rang the correct service
to come and address this should there be a gas leak the emergency handle was jammed ,thank you and is the first person to point this out to me.kind regards ,”

“The young man that came to our boiler soon had it sorted, I was having to keep putting pressure in every day, I was worried i should of done more to mend it myself like bleeding radiators but it wasn’t anything i wasn’t doing. He had to pump something into the actual boiler. It’s awful getting old and having to cope with things so it’s nice to know I have someone to call on to help.”
