“First time I have had to male a claim so was not sure what to expect .
We have had a problem with our boiler and it was fixed today but are coming back at the end of the week to make a further repair that was needed . Excellent customer service , and seem to go the extra mile by making those extra phone calls that a customer needs to be reassured .
