With help from Oliver, he talked me through the agreement, which i was happy to go ahead. very impress with product knowledge, also the phone was answered within 2 rings.

I spoke with advisor Ben who was very professional,polite and set up my agreement in speedy time. I only signed up yesterday so was looking to get my boiler serviced this year and the insurance would cover me next year but after speaking to YourRepair they said they would actually fit my boiler service this year in September.. well what can I say, but a terrific 10 out 10 service so far...I am yet to try the actual repair side but overall I am a very satisfied customer and no doubt will be recommended my friends and family - Thanks YourRepair wishing u all the success! Very good only one problem with it l did not sign up for the 96 pounds excess payment I signed up for 0 excess will be 5 if you sort out the excess problem

Following a review of my financial arrangements, I decided to investigate returning to Your Repair, who had been with previously, but some years ago. Due to my previous experiences, I had no hesitation in rejoining them. I received excellent assistance from Marion via the telephone, who very quickly sorted things out for me, making the transaction extremely straight-forward, which was of great assistance to me. After being let down badly by our previous boiler care provider, I decided to find a new company to cover our boiler/central heating etc I contacted YOUR REPAIR by telephone, where I spoke to Oliver. Our call was answered promptly (within a minute). What a breath of fresh air!!!. Oliver gave us all the information we needed. He was professional, friendly and knew his stuff. So we have purchased cover with YOUR REPAIR . Our policy is costing £20 less per month than our old provider, and has more cover than our old supplier. I have accessed the website, which was so very user friendly. I am very impressed with YOUR REPAIR. Wish I had done this sooner.

Well I cancelled my policy. I have also cancelled the direct debit with my bank so good luck trying to take a payment on the 7th.

Very easy to sign up to, straight forward with the cover you wish to apply for no hidden cost very impressed how quick and easy it was to complete.
