“Had a really bad year with British Gas. They cancelled my service at 8.00 the night before it was due, then had to wait 3 months for the next slot. Arrived serviced it and left my boiler leaking water. Had to get them back after my kitchen floor flooded. My renewal price was £356.88 an increase of £78.32 because I called them out to fix the leak they caused. MyRepair was £203 for the year with a lower excess and very good Trustpilot reviews. I like the setup and the way they operate.”
