I also like the fact that they have a ringback service so you don't need to stay on the phone a long time.”

“Had a really bad year with British Gas. They cancelled my service at 8.00 the night before it was due, then had to wait 3 months for the next slot. Arrived serviced it and left my boiler leaking water. Had to get them back after my kitchen floor flooded. My renewal price was ÂŁ356.88 an increase of ÂŁ78.32 because I called them out to fix the leak they caused. MyRepair was ÂŁ203 for the year with a lower excess and very good Trustpilot reviews. I like the setup and the way they operate.”
