My telephone enquiry to insure my boiler and central heating was handled efficiently and the service was explained to me very clearly, by a lady with an excellent telephone manener, and good customer service skills.

So far so good. Just subscribed and found the process very simple. The option to have the start date coincide with the expiry of a different service provider was very useful and means there isn't that 2 week or more period when you are not covered. Looking forward to not having to contact them again until my service is due and then my renewal.

I decided to try YourRepair as your prices were fixed for 3 years. I liked that option whereas others were always bumping prices up on an annual basis. Rather than retaining old customers they were enticing new comers at a cost of losing old loyal customers. I have only enlisted with you so I am not able to give any feed back on your service. Sorry

Easy to set up. Answered phone within 30 second compared with British Gas ver 20 minutes. Fingers crossed the service is as good.

Have only just joined, not had a repair yet. Hope it's going to be 5 star...Staff very friendly and polite and helpful on the phone. I don't foresee there are going to be any problem with this company.
