“I am afraid things didnt go so well this time due mainly my lack of computer skills.I have not managed to access my results.Concerning the kit itself, once again i found 3 lancets insufficient as my blood coagulated too repidly and i ran out of lancets before filling the tube to the required level.”

“The kit arrived promptly and had clear instructions on how to test and the results were also fast and the website efficient. My only flaw is the lack of instruction on sending the kit away, it was not stated that the kit had to be sent within 5 days of activation. I activated right away (Friday following bank holiday Monday) and this caused some stress that I wouldn’t get the test sent in time.”

“My first test did not make it through the process so I was unable retrieve my results . I had to do another which caused stress and time”

“Fast delivery of test kit, lancet worked well this time, good separate email with instructions on how to get good blood flow for sample. Kit instructions clear and make the test easy if followed. Amazingly quick tteturn if results, two days aftet posting. Can add results to wallet”

“This test was very eadsy to order nice discrete packagingand simple to follow test,it took a litle to long to get the resullt for my liking Package erecieved back on Thurday by Yoxly , but no result until Tueday evening, it would be nice if this could be speeded up. But very nice to have nefgarticve results on the tests, very reasuring.”

We've actually already put in measures to make sure results are returned in a more timely manner, and hope you'll experience greater speed and efficiency next time you use our service, as we very much strive to return results in 1-2 business days after the Royal Mail delivers your samples to our laboratory. “I personally wouldn't recommend the service due to the time frame to get results. I assumed that they would have a quick turn around like Fettley, where you get your results within 72 hours and usually withing 24 hours of the lab receiving your samples. I choose to test at home instead of using the NHS purely for the quick turn around which I assumed I would get with Yoxly as well. If you have bad health anxiety then you will be wrecking your brain waiting for these results and you may as well use the NHS. Use Fettle instead if you need a quick turnaround.”

It could be there was a delay with the Royal Mail, or similar, but again: please do contact us as we take every word of feedback very seriously and actively use it to improve our service, especially in an area like sexual wellness which we know is often, as you say, quite anxiety-inducing.
