“Very happy with service. My only complaint is the misleading automated message when ordering the kit: I ordered on a Sunday, and it said if I ordered within 20 minutes I could have next day delivery suggesting it would arrive on Monday. But after corresponding the support team it became clear this could never have been the case, as I was told items would not be shipped on a Sunday”

To further assist, it would be very helpful if you would let us know, if possible, if you ordered your kit when you were in the UK (as browser locations can sometimes cause automated messages to appear in error).

Do you know when the lab received your samples (you would've received an confirmation email), and when you received your results? It should've been within 1-3 business days (though it is sometimes sooner).
