The kit arrived promptly and had clear instructions on how to test and the results were also fast and the website efficient. My only flaw is the lack of instruction on sending the kit away, it was not stated that the kit had to be sent within 5 days of activation. I activated right away (Friday following bank holiday Monday) and this caused some stress that I wouldn’t get the test sent in time.

This test was very eadsy to order nice discrete packagingand simple to follow test,it took a litle to long to get the resullt for my liking Package erecieved back on Thurday by Yoxly , but no result until Tueday evening, it would be nice if this could be speeded up. But very nice to have nefgarticve results on the tests, very reasuring.

We've actually already put in measures to make sure results are returned in a more timely manner, and hope you'll experience greater speed and efficiency next time you use our service, as we very much strive to return results in 1-2 business days after the Royal Mail delivers your samples to our laboratory. I ordered my comprehensive kit on Friday 02/08 at 15:45 and I was frustrated that it wasn’t sent out to be until the following Tuesday (06/08). If you only operate Mon-Fri then it needs to be clearer when ordering what the cut-off time for ordering on a Friday for next-day delivery is, because I believed ordering before 16:00 I was within that window. I was under the impression YOXLY was the fastest private STD testing service so I was disappointed I had to wait 6 days for results from the moment of ordering to the time I received results.

First, please allow us to say thank you for your feedback, which is valuable (as all feedback is), and which will allow us to reconsider our product pages. We have looked into this and appears you did place your order on the Friday, after the dispatch cut-off period, and thus the first available day to dispatch your order was the following Monday morning (not Tuesday); we did this, dispatching your order via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and your order was delivered the very next day, Tuesday, at 11:20am. So, where your order was delivered within 24 hours from dispatch, we understand the frustration of placing it on a Friday afternoon and it not being dispatched until Monday morning. we have raised this with our product and technical teams and will certainly work to adjust the notices on our website so that it is more clear when an order will be dispatched and delivered. We cannot thank you again for the time you took to raise this recommendation, but are happy to see that your kit was dispatched on 05 August, delivered on 06 August, we received your samples on 07 August, and your results were ready on 08 August. Once again, many thanks - your feedback helps us create a better service!

Arrived quickly and test was easy to do. Registration was not clear. Scanned code and it took me to home page where there was no clear indication of how to register. However, was contacted and sent link after they received my package and everything went through smoothly. All in all a good experience with the convenience of home testing, rather than taking time off work. Discrete packaging and messages too

very quick turnaround of test. just when you get the results, its worded so carefully that you're still not really sure its negative...

Quick and easy to order/use. First time the results came within a day. The second time it`s been 5 working days and still no results. Bit slower. Overall would reccomend.

You may want to check to see if this was four business days or four calendar days, as sometimes if the Royal Mail delivers your samples to our laboratory on a Friday/Saturday, it can add an extra day or two to the results turnaround.
