“I am afraid things didnt go so well this time due mainly my lack of computer skills.I have not managed to access my results.Concerning the kit itself, once again i found 3 lancets insufficient as my blood coagulated too repidly and i ran out of lancets before filling the tube to the required level.”

Thanks so much for leaving such honest feedback: it's only when you and people like you take the time to let us know how to make our product and services better that we can take quick and active steps to improve. If you've not done so already, please email support@yoxly.com with more details about this, so that we can look into it ASAP for you. Rest assured, we prompt in informing our users when the Royal Mail delivers samples to our laboratory -- so I would suspect in this instance, that the Royal Mail was simply late in delivering them. For this we can only apologize, as it is certainly frustrating (for you and us!) to be let down by third parties like the Royal Mail. But yes, please do email us with more information so we can look into this for you, as it is certainly not the service we want the Royal Mail to provide; in the meantime, thanks once again for taking the time to leave such valuable and constructive feedback, and we look forward to doing whatever we can to give you and others like you a more positive experience. Thank you.

Hello! Thanks so much for your feedback and we would certainly be willing to check on this for you, especially since we pride ourselves in quick results. Do you know when the lab received your samples (you would've received an confirmation email), and when you received your results? It should've been within 1-3 business days (though it is sometimes sooner). Also, if you'd please email support@yoxly.com with the details of your testing experience, we'd be happy to check on this for you, as we certainly want to make it right and do whatever we can to improve our service for you and for future users. “Ok ,instructions not great ,seems to be problems trying to get blood samples as the items in pack dont work well, and to fill receptical is a nightmare and if someting is found untowards in sample they dont do anything just send you to a clinic not what you want as you could of done that anyway for free”

We certainly do all we can to make this right for you, and are a bit disappointed to learn that someone on our team may have not done "anything" and just "sent you a clinic". Did you contact our team when you were having trouble? If you please email your details (order number, email address, etc.) to support@yoxly.com and reference this review, one of our senior managers will certainly contact you, as again we pride ourselves on providing the best possible customer service, and certainly would have never just told you to go to a clinic, and so apologies if there was some misunderstanding.
