I personally wouldn't recommend the service due to the time frame to get results. I assumed that they would have a quick turn around like Fettley, where you get your results within 72 hours and usually withing 24 hours of the lab receiving your samples. I choose to test at home instead of using the NHS purely for the quick turn around which I assumed I would get with Yoxly as well. If you have bad health anxiety then you will be wrecking your brain waiting for these results and you may as well use the NHS. Use Fettle instead if you need a quick turnaround.

It could be there was a delay with the Royal Mail, or similar, but again: please do contact us as we take every word of feedback very seriously and actively use it to improve our service, especially in an area like sexual wellness which we know is often, as you say, quite anxiety-inducing. Overall, though, thank you for taking the time to leave such a thorough comment: extremely helpful, and we are grateful!

Still waiting for my results ordered kit on 15th August and you received it on 18th and still waiting?

Thank you for your feedback, and we will certainly check on this for you right away: there might have been a delay because of the Bank Holiday, though a delay from 18 August to 27 August is, we agree, unnecessarily long. There written instructions fail to mention that you shouldn’t pee for x number of hours. Discovered this by accident when I watched their YouTube video but it was too late !
