“I don't recommend ordering from here. They charged me 4 times for 2 different orders. The intention was to order once, but it didn't work out, the order didn't go through. I tried ordering again and the same thing. Then I noticed that the my bank account has been charged 4 times. I immediately contacted them. Still they didn't cancel my orders even when I asked. They just shipped the orders and they didn't refund the extra charges....”

“Only had 1 harvest from a mushroom grow kit although guaranteed 3 harvests. Followed all the instructions diligently too. Not happy.”

“Had always received superb mushroom kits from zamnesia Latest was hardly innoculated, was brown, unlike the white fully innoculated kits id received in the past. Immediately orderred another, as knew it was no good. Kept kit in dark for 8/9 days, until second kit arrived. Very little change. Complained 3 times, sent photos of issues, they weren't interested. Sent a side by side photo of each kit. Plain to anyone something was wrong. Very poor harvest. Mycelium simply would not colonise substrate. Customer service appalling, not interested, and came out with useless tips. Think they're heading for issues if they think it's acceptable to send out what they did.”

“DO NOT BUY VAPES FROM HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN UK. I've had 3 vapes from Zamnesia, all had faults. It takes days and days before they reply to each message and when they do you can tell they haven't taken any notice ie me telling them the vape gets red hot so they ask me to send a video .. how do you show a vape getting too hot in a video???! They don't tell you that the product doesn't come with a UK plug even though I bought it from their UK page. Products take over a week to arrive. Having to resort to legal action to get a refund. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!”

“I have been using this company since 2013 and never had a problem. Flawless customer service, great products (I love their cacti, shroom growkits and their line of cannabis seeds!) and quick delivery that usually arrive in 2-3 working days. They continue to be my first choice.”

“Ordered 6 weeks ago. My parcel went inside another parcel to any stranger in another country. Zamnesia wanted to offer me a voucher. Lol. Still waiting for my money. Worst service ever!”

“Ordered & payed weeks ago, nothing received & no updates. Customer service without any reaction to inquiries. That’s one way not to keep any of the customers trying to order following legalization.”

“Ordered 2 packs of seeds. I had to spend more money than they initially asked for just so that they would ship them. Red flag right away. I complete my order and they send me 5 emails, lots of spam. They also inform me my order will be shipped the next day. Fast forward 3 days and I haven’t even had a email to confirm they’ve been dispatched. I check my orders on my account page on their website and all it says is ‘delayed’. No email to inform me of this or any explanation as to why my order was delayed. After another couple of days of no updates whatsoever and my order still ‘delayed’ I demanded a refund. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I haven’t got my money back yet. Order your seeds elsewhere.”

“There is no better website to buy legal drugs, seeds or magic mushroom kits. I have been their customer for years and have never had a complaint. If a mushroom grow kit doesn t work and you thouroughly did as per the instructions, they will send you a new grow kit. I have read bad reviews of people not receiving a replacment kit, for absurd reasons like the kit went bad because they did not find an instruction manual in the kit, when the instructions are just at the bottom of the kits description, so it is obvious they can't just give away their products. When you purchase goods from zamnesia, for example seeds they will gift you free seeds togheter with other gifts like grinders, papers, keychains etc, based on how much you buy they will always gift you something.”

“Good customer service Bad products, to many times have a had bad products that does not work. When I buy for the amount that would give me free shipping, I still have to bay about 10 euro for shipping, and then it’s the slowest shipping ever. Minimum 1 week generally 14 days or more from Holland to Denmark, it’s like 600 km. Come on. I have been buying from them for 10 years and they used to be really good, now it’s not anymore. To bad. Try Microdose Bros instead, that where I buy now.”

“Fühle mich Betrogen, am 30.03 bestellt, und immer noch keine Änderung im Tracking. Absolut enttäuschende erste Erfahrung, kann ich absolut nicht weiter empfehlen. Den Support am Samstag kontaktiert und bis heute (08.04. 14:01) keine Antwort. Nie wieder Zamnesia!”

“Mindestbestellwert von 20 auf 75€ erhöht. Frechheit! Alle anderen haben keinen oder weiterhin 20€. Hier wirds mit steigender Nachfrage begründet. Ich gehe jede wette ein das es die anderen auch betrifft aber diese erhöhen nichts. Ich will keine Seeds für die nächsten 3-4 Jahre kaufen sondern Saisonal da wir hier eh nur Maximal 3 Pflanzen und 50g trocken besitzen dürfen. Bei nur 50g reicht eine Pflanze. Was soll ich mich für 75€ mit Seeds eindecken das macht hier einfach keinen Sinn. War eigentlich die letzten Jahre sehr zufrieden mit Zamnesia. Aber bei dem Mindestbestellwert bin ich gezwungen mich woanders umzusehen.”

“seit 3 Tagen wurde die Sendung bei DHL "elektronisch angekündigt" obwohl das GEld schon lange da ist. Auf der homepage steht dass JEDEN TAG VERSENDET wird, das trifft wohl auf alle außer auf mich zu...Support antwortet: ich solle mich gedulden und abwarten, das ist aber nicht so einfach wenn man mit einem ungefähren Zeitfenster zum ERhalt gerechnet hat. Ich habe auch das Gefühl dass dieses "Sendung wurde elektronisch angekündigt" noch einige Tage bestehen bleiben wird, habe das bei keinen anderen Waren oder Dienstleistern bisher erlebt. Also äußerst schwach. Wenn ihr eine relativ schnelle Lieferung erwartet auf keinen Fall dort bestellen ,die angegebenen LIeferfristen stimmen keinesfalls. Sollte das Teil am Samstag immer noch auf "elektronisch angekündigt" stehen werde ich das Geld zurückholen.”
