“I submitted cancellation requests through all available forms on Zamnesia's website within 15 minutes of placing the order. Despite this, the order was still shipped to the wrong country. Now I'm forced to spend a lot of time and effort trying to fix a situation that could have been easily avoided if their support team had acted promptly. There is no proper cancellation option on the website, and the lack of clear return instructions makes everything worse. This is an unnecessarily frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend the service based on how poorly this was handled.”

“They have sold me fake salvia divinorum. Blue lotus extract worked mildly. Caapi extract - not sure.”

“I´m very glad how they handeld a mushroom grow set that was infected. I asked for help - they responded fast and resolved it very easy going. The product quality is also very good - looking forward to ordering again :)”
