Hi, I work In Zara home. he leído todos los comentarios,.

I bought a set of 2 side tables and both of them are unstable. 2 out of 2 means 100% failure so it's not a coincidence. Well done zara home :D

I ordered a toiletry bag and they offer towels on sale to go with that bag. After following up with their customer service team ”Xian” tells me that they had no stock when they took my order. That they would be processing a refund within 10 days. I said fine but I would like a full refund because the main item(toiletry bag) was cancelled by Zara and I do not believe that if I had not followed up Zara would have refunded me. Xian insisted on terms and conditions of the sale which I replied but you have not supplied what you agreed in the sale contract. He insisted that the return would be at my expense.

I ordered online, paid and two weeks later the order was cancelled due to lack of stock. No gift voucher or any benefit was offered.

Worst Customer Service ever. Order somethinh that arrived broken. So I sent it back and asked for refund. Instead of my money I got a new one. This was also broken so had to send it back again. After weeks of numerous emails and bad communication I still don’t have my money back! Last time I ordered here.

I purchased 3 ceramic tumblers from Zara to use in my bathroom primarily to store my toothbrush in, rinse toothpaste out of my mouth or to drink water and to wash and store my makeup brushes in. I washed them by hand, checked the bottom of the cup for washing instructions, and then went to check the labels to see if they could be put in a dishwasher. There was no label on the bottom of the tumblers so I then looked at the stickers that were attached to the bottom of the tumblers. The stickers for the 2 white ceramic tumblers said "not safe for food ...if vessel is used for food may be harmful". I was not comfortable using these for items I am putting in my mouth and on my face including my eyes so contacted the customer service department to request a return. I was shocked when I chatted with the customer service person and was told that this was categorized as a bathroom accessory and not expected to be food-safe so I couldn't get a return. All glasses on their site are specifically listed as tumblers. This item was listed as a tumbler. It looks very very similar to the ridged terracotta tumbler I purchased the same day that apparently was classified as tableware. In a bathroom setting this tumbler would be used for rinsing out toothpaste out of your mouth, to drink water, or storage of items like your toothbrush that would go in your mouth. For Zara to sell something and list it as a tumbler and not specify its for decorative use only and that harm can come to you from using it is completely unacceptable. If I didn't check for washing instructions I would be using this to rinse out toothpaste, drink water and to store my toothbrush, as I am sure other consumers are doing Zara Home should be required to review all of the bathroom tumblers that they are selling and either ensuring they are food safe or clearly labelling them online as not food safe and for decorative purposes only and not describing them as a tumbler so harm doesn't come to the customers that don't happen to notice the sticker at bottom

I ordered some items on-line and wanted to return 2. I can either bring them back to a shop or send them back at my own expense. There aren't many shops and why does one order on-line, maybe because one is bed-bound after an accident? I looked up how to send them back. I found out I had to send them back to POLAND! One doesn't expect that, most return services are free of charge or a minor cost, the freihgt to Poland would cost me 36 € for goods worth 75 €. I would expect a company like ZARA to have at least a return address in each country. This is as good as no return policy. And ZARA home's answer wasn't very apologetic, friendly or remorsefull, and they don't intend to change anything. Never again!! It may be on their website, but it isn't fair at all.

phone number hangs up on you - how is that possible for a company of this size?? Waiting over 1/2 hr on Chat to return something. Horrific service. Would never buy something here again.

I have given up waiting for Zara home to behave like a decent and responsible company and basically paid 85 pounds for a damaged stool that they arrange to pick up but then don't turn up after you wait in all day. It is a form of torture dealing with this HORRENDOUS company who basically behave as they like with NO REGARD or respect for their customers. Stop buying from them and they will go bust hopefully which is what they deserve. M

Avoid Zara Home - Returns are impossible I've had a poor experience with Zara Home. My partner and I purchased a chair online from Zara Home's website. It arrived heavily damaged. Instead of sending us a new one for free and promptly collecting the damaged one they insisted we purchase a brand new chair. The new chair arrived, however it is poorly made albeit reasonably robust. As for the damaged chair, Zara Home has so far let us down twice by failing to pick it up on prearranged dates. They are also unable to specify precisely when it can be picked up - meaning one of us has to work from home. Their customer service officers are unhelpful and are even unable (or unwilling) to directly connect you to other departments. Frankly, this amount of fuss isn't worth it. I have no confidence in Zara Home's quality control over their products and even less in their customer service. They should offer a no-fuss refund and then make an effort to collect the item at a time that suits us, the customer. I would not purchase from Zara Home again and I urge others to refrain from the same. They are lazy, disorganised and borderline dishonest. Their products are also poor quality.

Bought a chair from Zara home that was delivered broken. I have tried to have the item collected (the only way you can return an item) 3 times now, having to book days off work to be at home for the weekday only collection times, and collection has failed every time. Customer service line is beyond a joke and I'm on a 'manager call back list' that apparently will take 4 days to come to anything. I can't get a refund until the chair is collected. Feeling powerless and taken advantage of.

Ordered a coffee table, waited all day for the delivery, never delivered, UPS didn't even attempt. No ability to get in contact with another at Zara or UPS. Apparently I'm getting a refund. Lucky me!!! Why bother even running a .com site Zara if you have no ability to deliver items. Seriously?!

I ordered a nest of tables - they were rusty - one had a big gap at the top and no suction caps to hold the glass. I was sent a replacement the next day which had broken glass. Terrible :( the assistant asked if I would like to keep the tables and swap the glass. I would if as a courtesy I was offered it at a reduced price but when I asked; I was told NO - hence I decided it wasn't worth the effort for me to swap. Good Customer service yields business! Waiting for a refund and the 2 boxes to be collected. I have wasted so much of my time in ordering these tables, feel very disappointed.

I have been buying home fragrances from Zara home for years and was miffed when they recently changed their home diffusers. The opening where the reeds come out of is larger and the solution must be different as the solution evaporates within a week! In the past it lasts a month at least. These are not cheap. Very disappointed with Zara Home thinking they could treat customers like this. Looking for home fragrance somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. I got assitance to buy 2 set of sheets for a full bed in Zara Home Stratford (£440). The sales person put the wrogn item in the basket (a cover sheet for an individual bed). I realized after washing it. I wash everything before use. It was clearly a mistake on them but they don’t take responsibility. When I went there to exchange it for the right size. they said it was a decision that the headquarters should make. The headquarters processed my request and said it was a decision by the store and the sale person in the store said no. This is disappointing and unprofessional. They didn’t want to exchange it. But they made me go through a long process when clearly they don’t like to take responsibility and lie to customers. I sold sheets in my college time (other brand) and we always exchange if it was the store’s fault. Just buy another brand that cares about you( specially after paying so much). This brand charges too much and doesn’t give proper customer service.
