They missed the First date for delivery and on the second e day refused to assemble. 20 days have gone by and the bed still on the cartons. Can\u2019t contact anyone for help. After 10 phone calls, emails, even official complaint I am writing this. The worst customer service, the worst delivery service. Do not buy in Zara home. I have copies of all my chats and all attempts for help. I\u2019ve been treated horribly and no feedback except for automatic replies. I am going to the continue to make complaints even by lawsuit, a company with these values shouldn\u2019t be out there making profits."

"Very bad costumer service; return payment was executed 6 months after return was delivered to Zara Home warehouse."

"It's return policy is disappointing. when you buy an item online from Canada Zara home, you are only allowed to return it through the Post at your expense; even if the destination is in your city, you are not allowed to drop it off! Even you can not drop off directly at Zara home shops. It is kinda punishment. Returning a 300$ light (6 kg) rug costs 93$ for us with FedEx! It is disgusting. It was our Last purchase from Zara Home. Not recommended at all."
