"At the shop they ordered an item for me online, I had to pay for the item in advanced than Zara home canceled the order and now they do not want to refund my payment online. They want to force me to go into the closest outlet, which is on my neighbor island and the costs for the ferry and the diesel are higher then the money of the refund. Not mentioned the time I have to invest to get my money back. \r\nOnce I complained I got a phone call promising me that I will receive my money but that they would need more info from me and that I would receive an e-mail which never arrived and I also do no longer get replies to my emails in which I ask for my money. Did not expect such a behavior from a company with such a name. \r\nAs you can see in the picture it said that I will receive a refund in a few days and that dates back to the 17th March"

"Broken lamp delivered in poor packaging, the replacement came broken as well. Customer service chat is a nightmare. I'm still waiting for the rest of my order a week after it was scheduled. I will be grateful to never have to talk to anyone on the chat again after all the problems. No more zara home after this!"

"We bought tableware from Zara Home. 12 dinner plates, breakfast plates, different bowls etc. For the first time in my life I have invested in porcelain tableware, hoping it would last me more than a few months. The quality is poor, chips easily. Due to the design, which I like, it hardly fits in the dishwasher. And it scratches. There are many dark marks on the white plates from eating with cutlery. Apparently it was a permanent collection, but it does not look available anymore on the website which makes me even more irritated, although I am not considering buying this ever again. What a deception!"

After 10 phone calls, emails, even official complaint I am writing this. The worst customer service, the worst delivery service. Do not buy in Zara home. I have copies of all my chats and all attempts for help. I\u2019ve been treated horribly and no feedback except for automatic replies. I am going to the continue to make complaints even by lawsuit, a company with these values shouldn\u2019t be out there making profits."
