“The product is fantastic and even better than that is customer service. When a mistake occurred and the purchased number of items were not shipped, Sina reacted immediately and corrected the mistake and sent an additional item as an apology. Such attention was greatly appreciated.”

“The product and quality seem to be good. Their website is easy to use as well. They were kind enough to provide space for instructions and special requests that we might have. However, they didn't follow those instructions which was a bit disappointing to see that the special requests box was just there to impress but not to really follow it.”
