Criminal. pre-rodered this over a year agon, it was supposed to have been shipped four months ago. I've been in touch with their customer services for three months. Im currently on my third 'shipping number' which is never available for tracking on the fedex site they link to. absolutly useless.

for order: 356123319 / 26.11.21 They screw up every step possible! We should offer them first prize for NOT LISTENING THE CUSTOMER, bonuses for incompetence. Why?  After intensive dialog with zavvi.de support for two months they keep insisting on delivering the order more than 60 days later. Why not? Because it was significant/important for me in december 2021. NEVER LISTEN THE CUSTOMER is priority no 1 #zavvi.de Now, after 84 days, the order is returned and WAITING for a full refund. Perhaps in other countries they are exceptionally good but here in Berlin is quite the opposite reality.  Keep scoring low boys! ------------------ Bestellung: 356123319 / 26.11.21 Sie vermasseln jeden möglichen Schritt! Wir sollten ihnen den ersten Preis für das NICHT-HÖREN DES KUNDEN verleihen, Boni für Inkompetenz. Brought my sons birthday present on the 13th of Feb, it's now the 18th of Feb (his birthday) still no item. Their website says delivery is 2-3 days. On the tracking said it was due on the 16th. I have contacted customer service and they have responded I have to wait 14 days until they can do anything. Stay away. The negative reviews on here reflect their service.

This company take payment for products they haven’t got or I even wonder if they have any intention to supply! They ignored 4 requests to cancel and it was only with Paypals intervention my money was refunded. I should have read the reviews. I’m surprised they are still trading. AVOID!!

Totally dishonest company. Take your money and never supply the goods. I paid for a Lego set in October 2021 and despite numerous emails requesting either the goods I paid for or a refundI finally obtained a refund via my credit card Ompany in February 2022.

POOR SERVICE!!!! POOR SERVICE!!!! T shirts are printed on demand so they dont have them in stock.this wasn't explained at checkout. You might/ might not get your items. If your order is delayed you can't cancel it even if the items haven't been shipped yet. You have to wait till you receive them whenever that will be too then send them back and it will be a further 3 - 5 Working days after they receive them you'll get your refund

Take your money even though the item states it is available but it is not! Shocking customer service and s nightmare to receive a refund. Avoid at all costs!

Scam!!! Mistake learned.. I will never purchase anything from Zavvi moving forward & I highly recommend you don't either! Terrible customer service & even when they make a mistake on their end, you will end up getting charged. Shame on them!!!

Horrible experience. This company is a big fat scam. I ordered something on the beginning of December, having high expectations that it will be on time for Christmas as i wanted to be a Christmas gift for my fiancée. Order was successful, they took my money straight away but didn't shipped my order. After over 2 weeks of waiting and seeing that it's still pending i contacted the customer service and cancelled the order. The second day after cancelling the order, they dispatched my order. Instead of refunding my money, they dismissed everything and shipped the order. I waited another 2 weeks and nothing happened, i didn't ever received it as the order came back to them. Several times i contacted the customer service, to get my money back. If i wouldn't been contacting them several times, I'm sure they wouldn't give my money back ever. Finally after lots of stress, messages and emails to customer service I've got my money back after more than a month and half of waiting...

They must pay people to write positive reviews!!! DONT USE ZAVVI !!! Most items advertised not even in stock but they will take your money and make you wait months for a refund or until the item is in stock. DO NOT USE VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY AND IMMORAL. THEY FOUND A LOOPHOLE TO TIE UP YOUR CASH IN THEIR BANK BETTER KEEP IT IN YOUR OWN, YOU WONT BE GETTING IT BACK ANYTIME SOON!

Unfortunately it is a fraud. The mintage is 9995 and not 2000 and it ruins the collection as it is gilded compared to the other bars in the series but with an equal circulation. I had purchased thinking it was with 2000 pieces as per photo and description. I bought it on italian version of this website, but it's the same TheHutGroup,

Avoid these like the plague . Absolute joke of a company and most appalling customer service . Ordered Lego as Christmas gifts mid NOV. Despite them claiming they don't take payment till dispatched money was taken immediately . After constant nagging them by email and Twitter it eventually turned up Jan 8th. At no stage did they say it was delayed , impossible to phone them , you get a different person answer every message . We had to order a replacement from Lego store in end o r no Christmas gifts for my son. some families wouldn't be able to do that financially so Christmas magic would have gone. There is a savvy complaints page and my goodness so many people waiting for orders weeks after promised , no chance of a refund and banging their heads against. A brick wall . Have reported them to watchdog and trading standards , just avoid.

Be careful that you don't keep your card details on their site. They charged me £9.99 when I haven't even tried to place an order since Apr 21. Tried to sort out with their customer service both through messenger and through their online, who eventually admitted it was their error and they would refund. They didn't, so had to go back to credit card and dispute transaction and hope they'll be able to sort out. Was messaged by Makwande, Nokukhanya, Mandisa, Emily R, Matthew A (x2), Harry W and Saul E

Ordered on the 3rd of December so I would receive things in time for Christmas. After a week still said they were processing. When I tried to get a refund WITHIN the 14 day period on their website said they couldn’t and would only give me a refund on one item only because they had sold out. After numerous messages finally said it would be shipped within the next few days. Finally on the 22nd of December the 2 items were shipped. Finally received them on the 10th of January. I contacted fair trade whim said They are a UK run company therefore they can’t assist- do not order from. When asked to write a review said I would ensure everyone knew they were a scam site. Did receive an email to write feedback. It was not positive and their website has a slavery policy at the bottom. BIG RED FLAG.

They take your money for an item in stock, only they don’t have the item to sell. They then refuse to refund. Avoid at all costs.

I placed the order on 26/11/21, and I still haven't received my order yet. 5 messages are sent through the Zavvi webpage, they replied with no point, no actions taken by them, and no staff is trying to sort this out, they all keep their hands off. Really disappointed with the services they provided, keep telling me to wait. Come on, it has been one and a half months passed, enough of waiting! The Zavvi Customer service staff who replied to my message are Mbali, Nothando& Cole, they showed up with horrible customer service, and kicked the ball around and around.

Horrendous service purchased Lego 31/12 still a no show. Taken money despite saying does get taken till despatched. Lies after lies. Say they going to place a special order well the item is discontinued. Ask for money back now refusing customer service is horrendous never use this company have open a complaint with c/card and going trading standards. Avoid
