“ I ordered an in-stock product in November 2023 as a Christmas present, with plenty of time for it to be delivered regardless of the UK postal strikes. It has now been three weeks since I placed my order and it has yet to be dispatched. Their customer service team really couldn't care less. They all provide the same scripted response without being of any help. I may as well speak to a brick wall. ”
