“After reading the description of AVT cream online, I ordered it. Desperate for some relief from flaky, scaly dry patches on on face. This was due to several chronic illnesses I was-am fighting. Nothing else touched these areas, no matter the price, or even Rx from my m.d. Needless to say I can not do w/out this product. If my facial skin gets dry flaky & peeling skin, on goes the AVT cream. “Dry skin has plagued my life from the time I was born. In particular the skin on my neck is extremely dry and is prone to redness and flushing. I also have rosacea. The Zenmed Gentle Cleansing Cream is perfect for washing my skin without drying it or making it feel tight and the Support Serum has been life changing for me. I need something that moisturises all day long. I put the Support Serum on and I can go about my day without worrying or being self conscious. It has also stopped my neck flaring up. “I love the product. I like to combine it with Trilane moisiturizing oil and Trilane serum. The third thin layer is the ZenMed. I dab the ZenMed on my forehead, chin, cheeks, neck, ears and gently around each eye. I wait a few minutes and then apply DHC transparent powder -- dabbing in a pressing fashion. This creates a protective barrier from the sun. I do this daily. Videos of myself promoting books and information about rescuing turtles can be found on the channel Helene09Paris at youtube. You can see the results of this regime in the NOT ever touched photos of myself. ZenMed is a great product. It cured rosaca on my face around a year ago and regular use helps me protect it. I have in the past purchased this product as gifts for my sister who is a medical doctor. She additionally likes the product and expressed that although she does not follow my routine with the other products of Trilane combined -- she does like the ZenMed sun protection moisturizer. At first she was frustrated as to how to blend it into her skin. I explained how I do it by dividing it evenly -- one dab to forehead, one dab to chin, one dab each on the cheeks, tiny dabs of the ZenMed under each eye, one the sides, middle of neck, ears, etc. I use it also on the backs of my hands as it protects me while I am outdoors and while driving. After I explained how to blend it starting in small area and working outwardly with the 4th finger in gentle motions -- she found she loved it. I like when you have special deals with buy one and the second 50 percent off. This makes it easier to share with family members and to give away. Do not get too greedy with the price of this product. People like it -- but if you over price it and make it not affordable customers then begin looking for better deals and for products that will match in quality. Right now, I do not know of another sunblock for the face that is as good as this one -- one that is organic and works as a foundation for transparent DHC powder. I do not like foundation make-up, so this sunblock makes a great substitute without any paranoia of blocking pores or having an allergic reaction. I thank you ZenMed and only ask you have more sales. I asked the representative on the phone if she had a record of the coupons you all sent to me via e-mail, and she said there were no coupon deals. Later, I found you had sent me several two of which were still in date at the time of my order. I was ready to purchase two containers when the representative said: "I have already run the other order. Too late." That sort of upset me. It did not make me turn away from the product; however, she could have offered to allow me to order again. “I like very much all of the ZenMed products. I do wish they were more affordable. They are expensive. I wish the ZenMed company would put together a package in which the customers could help design. Three favorite products, for instance, for the price of one if the customer signs up for a monthly or every two or three months automated delivery. This way the company would help more people and in return gain more customers. If the good you are doing is based all in greed then the company will eventually fall apart. I see that a lot. Customers want a fair price for a product. They may pay through the nose in the beginning, but after a while, the customer will find another company with a similar product for a better price. To keep customers -- be fair with a great product. Offer more options. I co-manage a medical practice, and within it we see patients who do not have health insurance, for example. So, what do we do to help them? We meet them half way and figure out what they need, how can we help them and what they can do to reimburse our efforts as well. No one can play the greed game and succeed for too long. Greed is not sustainable in the long run. We recognize we must stay afloat and make a profit in order to pay overhead, etc. So, the lesson is this. Sell quality products and service at a fair sustainable price for both the business and the customer. Of course, if your customers are simply the wealthy or the customer who just occasionally uses ZenMed, then that is not sustainable for the other customers, and those you will eventually lose. The truly wealthy, may not stick with your product if they find something else in a prettier package or they simply forget and fail to reorder. Quality is reflected not only in the quality of the product, but in the quality of the service and the way a company does business. Most all of the representatives at ZenMed have treated me with respect -- one did not. It was in one order before the previous one. She was in a hurry and seemed to not care about my order. I asked would it not be more economical to order two instead of one -- and she cut me off saying: "I already processed your order." That felt really weird to me -- I've been ordering products from your company for at least a year now -- if not longer. Check your records. It is a good product -- somewhat overpriced. Zinc oxide is an inexpensive ingredient and highly effective in sun protection.”

“The cleansing wash and serum have made a big difference in one week. The SPF sunscreen has also been calming and stays on well all day. I do not recommend the mask. I had a bad reaction that lead to my skin becoming very red and inflamed. I stopped using immediately. Otherwise, I have been very happy with the products.”
