“The Zenmed dermacleanse and acne mask helps redness on the Face, very few masks that can. Sounds like it was made for acne only but glad it can help with redness on the face. Don't use it all the time but is an essential to keep when you want to tone down redness. Doesn't get rid of it completely, otherwise would give it 5 stars.”

“I bought the Rosacea skin complete treatment set and I am using it for one month now. I see no improvements on the redness of the skin. Too bad. I was charged GST/HST on purchase and when the package was delivered I had to pay again the HST/GST. This makes the product more expensive that I thought. Anybody Knows why?”

“I was diagnosed with very mild rosacea about a year and a half ago and immediately began the hunt for quality products without the use of artificial ingredients or chemicals. I came across Zenmed online and after reading reviews, I decided to try it. I began with the Gentle Cream Cleanser and Support Serum and was very happy with the results. Although my skin was not too bad to begin with, the occasional flushing and itchiness was driving me mad (and increasing in frequency with time); once I began using Zenmed, the flushing ALMOST completely stopped within about two weeks. My skin began to improve even more and looked better and better with time. I have gotten compliments from strangers about my skin. The texture is amazing - smooth and supple. Keep in mind I used it straight for about 3 weeks (twice daily) before I started noticing small changes in the quality of my skin (flushes stopped, texture took more time). I have never stopped using it (over a year now) and am very satisfied with the results after continued use. It's pricey, but well worth it. I've tried other Zenmed products (AVT Cream) and I love it. It's an amazing extra layer or moisture (applied after support serum) and keeps my skin soft and moisturized. Continued use has improved even small blemishes and evened out the surface of my skin. If you have very bad skin, it might take a bit longer but I would recommend Zenmed's products for all skin types. P.S. For those wondering, the quantity lasts quite a long time (I re-supply about once or twice a year, tops). And the smell is very pleasant, unlike many other products I've used in the past.”

“I have been a faithful customer for many years, but late last year I experienced problems with containers not working properly. I figured I could muddle through it, but they got to be really annoying. I ordered another batch of products so I would not run out when I went to Florida for the winter, and they came in very good containers. When I tried to return the "defective" containers I was told by the representative that it was too old to return. Not that I think I am anyone special, and you probably have thousands of customers to take my place, I just expected some type of courtesy ... perhaps even an apology or something. Your rep did you a disservice even though he was probably technically right. I did not feel like a valued customer, so I started searching for alternative products in my local drug stores. I have not found a real good replacement for your serum (I have mild rosacea), but the Aveeno products (wash and lotion) seem to work reasonably well. I may still order your products, but I am not sure. If I do order them it won't be because of your customer representatives and service. I am really disturbed and don't want to switch, but I cannot do business with a company that does not appreciate faithful customers. Also I noticed that your products are made in the USA, yet if I charge them on some of my credit cards they charge me a foreign transaction fee. What gives? You ship from the states and they are made in America!”
