“I have been using the products for 3 weeks. My rosacea has subsided substantially and my face is not itching. My only issue is that they are not sold in retail outlets as I am traveling through Europe and don't have enough products with me.”

“Excellent products (I use the rosacea, anti-aging and eczema products) which I recommend to family and friends.These are the only products that helped control my rosacea better than what the dermatologist gave me. As a matter of fact, the medicated stuff made it worse but ZENMED has completely healed and cleared up my skin. In addition, customer service is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and quick to respond to questions and/or concerns. “I purchased the ZENMED system for my 15-year-old son who recently starting getting small acne bumps in his t-zone and forehead. My son was not bothered by the pimples and he never pops them, he just let's them go away. He understands pimples/acne are often times a part of adolescence. But when the pimples started to worsen, he made a few comments. So, I did some research and chose ZENMED over ProActive and all other products on the market today. The day the ZENMED products arrived, my son immediately opened them and used every single product as instructed. His pimples cleared up in 2 days. “MY ROSACEA WAS OUT OF CONTROL. I SAW A DERMATOLOGIST, WAS GIVEN OINTMENTS, AND ORAL MEDICINE. “I love the Support Serum! It works beautifully to even out my crazy, flaky, rosacea and seems to help reduce the amount of pustules I get. I wish I could say it reduces my redness, but I have had rosacea for approximately 30 years and I think my skin is too damaged for that to clear up. I like the all natural ingredients, ease of ordering, and whenever I have questions Customer Service and live help are wonderful. I will keep ordering from Zenmed. I just wish the prices were a bit lower without sacrificing quality.”

“I have been using Zenmed for the last two weeks and unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working for me. I have quite severe rosacea which appears as raised red hot and itchy lumps on my cheeks. I ordered the anti-redness pack for dry skin including gentle cleanser, mask and serum. I also purchased the nutrient spray. After the first use I noticed a big change in the redness of my skin and I was extremely happy! This stayed the same for about 4 days and I really thought I had found a solution for my rosacea. Unfortunately by day 5 I had breakouts on both sides of my face that were pretty bad. There has been no improvement for the last 9 days although I have continued to use the products because I like them. The mask is great and I like how gentle the cleanser is. I'm sure these products have worked for other people, I'm just disappointed they didn't for me as I was very optimistic!! The products are slightly on the expensive side and as I am in the UK, I ended up having to pay almost 30% of the original cost as a customs fee to get these into the country which makes this very costly. Obviously that is nothing to do with Zenmed but I wasn't aware such a huge fee would apply after I had already paid for these, I thought it would be a couple of pounds at the most. Overall, nice products but they are just not helping me and my rosacea.”
