“I love the Support Serum! It works beautifully to even out my crazy, flaky, rosacea and seems to help reduce the amount of pustules I get. I wish I could say it reduces my redness, but I have had rosacea for approximately 30 years and I think my skin is too damaged for that to clear up. I like the all natural ingredients, ease of ordering, and whenever I have questions Customer Service and live help are wonderful. I will keep ordering from Zenmed. I just wish the prices were a bit lower without sacrificing quality.”

“I have been using Zenmed for the last two weeks and unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working for me. I have quite severe rosacea which appears as raised red hot and itchy lumps on my cheeks. I ordered the anti-redness pack for dry skin including gentle cleanser, mask and serum. I also purchased the nutrient spray. After the first use I noticed a big change in the redness of my skin and I was extremely happy! This stayed the same for about 4 days and I really thought I had found a solution for my rosacea. Unfortunately by day 5 I had breakouts on both sides of my face that were pretty bad. There has been no improvement for the last 9 days although I have continued to use the products because I like them. The mask is great and I like how gentle the cleanser is. I'm sure these products have worked for other people, I'm just disappointed they didn't for me as I was very optimistic!! The products are slightly on the expensive side and as I am in the UK, I ended up having to pay almost 30% of the original cost as a customs fee to get these into the country which makes this very costly. Obviously that is nothing to do with Zenmed but I wasn't aware such a huge fee would apply after I had already paid for these, I thought it would be a couple of pounds at the most. Overall, nice products but they are just not helping me and my rosacea.”

“Started using after vbeam laser treatment which did not heal well and made face redder than before treatment. The arnica cream given by vbeam laser provider had dried out my skin as well. Used both Zenmed serum and mask along with night cream and SPF 40 day cream from another company. Skin has healed and is noticeably less flushed.”

“I have just started using the Zenmed products for my moderate Rosacea and have especially liked how the AVT Cream I use at night not only makes my oily skin so soft by morning, it is helping a persistent small dry patch I have near one eyebrow. I also really like the fact that the packaging is minimal and that the order was sent to me in less than a week. I look forward to trying the Mineral Sunscreen next, as the season changes from winter to spring.”

“I've had rosacea for over 10 years and have tried many skincare lines. Nothing has worked better than Zenmed! I noticed within in days of using the products my skin began to improve. It appeared less red/blotchy, smoother, and moisturized. I have been using the products for almost year and my skin feels stronger than ever. I have less frequent rosacea outbreaks but when I do the Zenmed products are so gentle and do not irritate or worsen the problem. “I have used Zenmed cleansing gel, day lotion and micro dermabrasion for about 6 years now and i love it. I cannot get it in the UK but i order it religiously when i am running out as it is so gentle on my skin and keeps my spots at bay. The only downfall is the packaging for the microdermabrasion, it does not squeeze out of the tube very easily, it was so much better when it was in a tub and less wasteful. I would like to see it in a tub again. The microdermabrasion is my favourite product and leaves my skin feeling very smooth and fresh looking.”

“I saw a reduction in redness and bumps after week one but after week two he redness was back and worse . The anti-redness mask really broke my face out when I used it. I will return for a refund. I do like the support serum and hope that is not what is causing my very red/very chapped face right now. I will keep using to see if it gets better.”
