We love our new trampoline! So happy we choose this brand and ordered directly from the company (vs Amazon). The quality and safety features are amazing. We had a few missing springs upon delivery (the box had been slightly damaged in shipping). Customer service was so quick to respond and mail us new ones! Very impressed!

Amazing customer service. We purchased our trampoline 5 years ago and we needed to replace the safety netting. I emailed their customer service and Betty worked with me to make sure we got the correct netting for our trampoline. Kids are so excited to use the trampoline again.
