I've had the kit for about a year now, and very happy with it. Took me about 2 hours to install, and all has worked smoothly ever since. I looked at full ebikes originally but decided that for the same price as the most basic ebike I could get a really decent hybrid bike and the swytch kit, and would end up with a much nicer, lighter bike that has the added benefit of being able to be used as a standard bike if required, whereas with an ebike you're stuck with it. My original intention was to use it commute to work, but due to covid I am now working permanently from work so that plan has gone out of the window, however I have no regrets as it's such a lot of fun to ride the swytch. The pack itself really works well - better than I imagined it would, up steep hills you still have to put a bit of effort in (particularly as I'm not the lightest rider!) but whereas previously I would be struggling to make it up some hills at all, I can now get up them while still pedalling seated. Given the choice I would still buy the kit now.
