My husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it. As someone who has suffered with anxiety for many years, I was skeptical if a blanket would really be able to help but I’m amazed. As soon as I laid down with it, I instantly felt relaxed. Ive been sleeping with it and when I wake up in the middle of the night, I’m able to quickly fall back asleep, which is not the norm. I’ve already been telling my family and friends they need to get one. I think everyone can benefit!
