A friend got me this blanket because my anxiety at night was preventing me from sleeping. It has worked wonderfully. It makes me feel incredibly safe and secure. I got the 20lb, 60”x80” version and I’m 200+ lbs. The blanket doesn’t feel too heavy or weigh me down. I am still able to roll over in my sleep without waking up or rather realizing I’ve woken up. Even when using the blanket during the day when I am on the couch it still reduces my anxiety by draping it over my shoulders. I would highly recommend, it is worth the price.
