Top quality and works perfectly with my 3x3" posts and 1" pinhole rack. Does not wobble, very solid (my rack is massive and is bolted into the concrete). My wife fell in love with this as well, she does use the assistance of the bands for now but is working her way up. Bottom line, this is a must for your Titan Series Rack or any other rack with 3x3" posts and 1" pinhole. PS: I did get it on sale price and it was worth every penny.
