“The name on the side was much smaller than what’s shown online. While I expected it to be smaller since the name is longer, it was much smaller than it needed to be. I also received the items almost a month after I ordered them. Online it said that the items took 5-7 business days and expected it to be delivered within a couple of weeks, not 4. When I emailed to ask when I should expect it to be sent out, I never received a response.”

“I ordered the same decanter set for my husband at Christmas; the engraving is beautiful. I order the most recent decanter as a retirement gift. I'm disappointed that the engraving is too small. The individual letter " T " is ok but the last name ( Trigger ) is too small .”
