“The decanter and glasses were very nice, although I thought the name would have been a little larger! This was a gift for my son for Christmas, and it did not arrive in time as promised, but came a week late.”
“I loved the two sets that I purchased. They were beautiful; however, your packaging is terrible. Your competitor offers a similar product for essentially the same price and it comes in a nice collectors box. Step up your game or I will stick with your competitor. Thanks!”

“Product was good and as expected. My issue was the delivery. The company was clearly overwhelmed. My order placed on Dec 4 was delivered Jan 5 although I was told twice by customer service that the shipping label would updated and expedited to arrive before Christmas. Do want you say you’re going to do! Quality of the gift is irrelevant if it isn’t there on time for the occasion.”

“I waited over three weeks for this to be delivered. Customer support is next to impossible to get in touch with. Only whenever I filed a dispute with PayPal did they respond. I still have not received my refund. And there’s no top to the decanter.”
