“This is the worst quality!! It says it’s etched … it’s a sticker at best! The “etching” is coming off and the stop for he decanter wasn’t even in the box! I have attempted to call customer service and can’t get ahold of anyone”

“Was delivered with one glass shattered. It was hard to get a hold of customer service. After multiple attempts, they were helpful in putting order in to replace.”

“Quick automated response but with NO resolve. I ordered for a Christmas gift, the decanter was beautiful but the glasses had the wrong name on them. I’ve reached out via email three times, again with no resolve. Had the glasses been correct or if the company would respond with sending me the correct name I would recommend this as a great gift but for now it’s a no.”

“My son was so Thrilled with his decanter and 2 glasses but the coaster 2 Slale and box with his name just like his Decanter was the cherry on the cake. He loved it all.
