“I actually ordered two sets and paid for priority shipping and it took about 3 weeks to get to me. Then when I get it the wrong name is on the one of the decanters. Then on the other side the wrong initial was in the the circle and some of the letters were scratched off.”

“Customer service sucks - no one will call me back - if so, they will not leave me a voicemail to call them - I have also sent an email and have not received a response - took several weeks to receive my package- however it was poorly packed (with no foam to prevent breaking) - only the item was wrapped with brown paper - after opening the package I find the decanter is broken and shattered. Another problem is the order was not filled in a timely manner. This took approximately 2-3 weeks before receiving the package - my advise is DO NOT ORDER from these people”
