“Decanters were sent without the stoppers. Very poor service in answering my request to send the stoppers to me ASAP. How long does it take to send 2 stoppers to me.”

“It took far too long to ship and I ordered many other materials for the Christmas Holiday in November. I have not received them and just within the past few days have been advised that unfortunately, they will not be able to fulfill all of the order. But that the items ordered - almost a month in advance of Christmas - will not ship/arrive prior to the holiday. That is despite my multiple communications with the vendor. The vendor offered that I could cancel the order - but at the time the notice came - it was too late to have purchased from another provider who would have guaranteed that within approximately one month's time the order would have been fulfilled. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL 'DUPED'”
“The decanter and 2 glasses arrived and one of the glasses was shattered. Customer service has been non-existent. I asked for a replacement via email 3x so far and have not gotten a reply. I've tried calling but no one ever answers.”

“It looks nice. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the glass. I've purchased glass sets before, Although it was shipped securely I was surprised to see it all wrapped up, I thought it would be in the box displayed as a gift set.”
