“This was suppose to be a Christmas gift and it did not arrive until after Christmas. I reached out to the company via email to voice my concerns. They ensured me it would arrive on time and if not I would be refunded. It did not arrive on time and I did not receive a refund. To make matters worst it was wrapped in paper in a box no box for the set itself. I expected to have a box not just wrapped in paper. I reached out to them via email to inquire about a box and the refund they promised no response. Even if they did not give a refund sending me a box would have been suffice to make up for the delay. On top of that the printing on the decanter is smudged, I will not order again.”

“Was very nervous after I made this purchase after reading comments. A lot of complaints regarding if the site was legit or not. Was very pleased when I received a tracking number several weeks after purchase. The only problem I have is they basically gave me mix matched fonts. The glasses were all caps which I wanted but the decanter was not. Doesn’t look right. Is it possible to get this fixed?”
