“After weeks and weeks of trying to get a response from customer service to cancel the order bc of the delay in production time , I still have not heard from anyone and the package finally showed up. I no longer needed it and despite the website saying to contact customer service to cancel immediately...it's not possible when you can't get a response from anyone. Terrible customer service and I still can't get a response to anyone.”
