“The glasses turned out great, I never received the whiskey decanter and trying to reach customer service has been a nightmare. I sent an email letting them know it was missing from the package and then got a reply asking me to send a picture of the damaged item… I don’t know about you but I found it impossible to take a picture of something I never received.”

“The items are perfect. Exactly what I wanted. However, one came in broken and I have already emailed support about the item along with a picture and I have not received a response…. But I did receive this email for a review?

“I was missing the lid to the decanter and the glasses had the personalization wrong. The biggest issue is I have reached out over Facebook messenger, chat, and phone calls. No one will reach back out or return calls. No one will help. The customer service for this company is terrible!! Do not buy from them!”

“I ordered the decanter set and only received the 2 glasses, no decanter. They did not respond to my email and when I called at 3:50 MT their voice message said they were closed. I will never order from them again.”
