“Very nice for the price paid. Only wish the Personalized Engraving was equal to the image size. When it arrived I felt the Initial and name were just a little smaller than represented. However, the person on the receiving end loved it. And the engraving process and shipping were faster than I expected. Awesome job from ordering, all the way through delivery. And we loved the shape we picked out. The recipient just retired from the Navy as Captain, after serving our country for 30 years. Then surprised his wife of 30 years with a vow renewal. We also gave him a great bottle of Scotch to put in it. Thanks again for a great gift.”
“I loved the decanter set, it was exactly what I expected. My only complaint was I didn’t get good communication on delivery time and it took over 30 days to arrive, and the packaging was sloppy. Not tightly packed with styrofoam but just wrapped in bubble wrap and paper. I’m thankful it was broke. You may want to rethink that in the future.”
