“Bună ziua.Va mulțumesc pentru ajutorul acordat,este prima dată când obțin asa ceva,ci toate ca am avut atâtea situații de acest gen,iar ce mi se pare mie,este că,comisionul,este prea mare,30%.La o zi după cererea depusă la dumneavoastră l,compania Wizz,mi,a făcut o alta oferta de rambursare,dar,ținând cont ca vorbisem cu dumneavoastră, am mers pe aceasta cale. Va mulțumesc frumos pentru ajutor,iar dacă mai am vreo problemă de acest gen,atât eu cât și prietenii sau cunoștințele mele, cu mare placere,vă voi recomanda.O zi buna.”

“One member from crew was sick and 15 person remain out of plane because of this . They give us another flights (re-booking) but we landed in Oslo 3 hours later , to later to continue with my domestic flight to Molde , my really final destination. And i pay more 1250 nok for re-booking my domestic flight + taxi because i landed over 23.00 at night . For normal booking at 17.10 i don't need taxi.”
