“I think it’s very poor in the UK that it takes using a company to get your compensation. It should be automatic that the airlines pay out for the inconvenience”

“regarding my ESTA it was in my old passport . I have two passport attached togethet I asked them ieven if my ESTA is in my old passport still valid and I show them my ESTA print that is approval and aithorizef to travel in the US., but still refused me but my husband they said its ok to flight but I asked them to help me to apply a new ESTA but they refused and were panick at that time thats why we missed the flight . I know even your ESTA is in the old passport still valid .”
